Just what I wanted! There was trouble in shipping. UPS was pretty rough with the package but if the sign had zero room to move around inside the box it may have made the long trip without incident (more packing around the outside edges of the metal) Glownart did frame the outside box with an aluminum frame which surely helped minimize damage.
